Neil is the Chairman of Pogo Studio and oversees the direction of the company. Neil has founded 4 start-ups and has over 20 years of experience running and managing a development agency. With connections throughout the industry in Edinburgh and around the country, Neil provides invaluable resources for Pogo Studio. Neil has extensive knowledge in understanding customers’ needs and delivering on their projects. His business advice and industry expertise help to keep Pogo Studio on track and ensure that we are doing everything we can to excel as a company. Neil is considered to be Stoke City Football Club’s only Scottish fan.

Jack is the Managing Director and founder of Pogo Studio. Jack's management skills and strong connections in the Edinburgh tech world make him an excellent leader of the team. He holds the vision for Pogo Studio and is the driving force behind growing our network and making sure everyone is on track for success. In his spare time, Jack enjoys playing video games and listening to hip-hop music.
Lee Jackson Technical Director
Lee is our Technical Director at Pogo Studio. Lee has 15 years’ experience as a software developer and has extensive experience handling a wide range of clients such as BT and Standard Life. He has extensive team management and client relationship experience and is skilled in solution designing and user experience. Lee is in charge of creating intelligent technical solutions for our clients’ needs and ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently. Lee is a keen cycler, and when he’s not out on his bike you’ll probably find him watching the football with his mates.

Darren is our Creative Director at Pogo Studio. Darren has 24 years’ experience in the creative industry, having worked with clients such as Hearts FC and NHS. He has extensive coding, UI/UX, project management, and design experience working on several platforms including iOS and Android. Darren is a certified Umbraco developer and he leads all our client’s projects that are created using Umbraco. Having Darren on the team allows us to create an entire project for our clients, from back-end coding to front-end design. Darren plays the bass guitar for his band ‘Land of Cakes’ – you can find their biggest and best hits on YouTube, or you can find them at the local gigs around town.

Fiona is our Business Development Director. She has a wealth of business and marketing experience from working with small companies through to global financial services companies. Big on communications, she focuses on client engagement and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. A lover of the outdoors and a keen sportswoman, she particularly enjoys hitting a little white ball around the local links!
Jack Fisher Operations Director
Jack manages the operations of Pogo Studio and helps to ensure that all our projects are delivered on time and in an efficient manner. Jack’s project management and strategic vision have proven him to be a success in this area, with his methodical approach to tasks and attention to detail keeping Pogo Studio running smoothly. When he’s not managing projects, he enjoys going to the gym and practicing his photography.

Dean has been working as a software developer for 10 years with skills in both back-end and front-end development and has worked with clients such as Heineken and Oxford University.
