As a digital agency, we are always interested to see what new technologies are emerging and changing the market, so today we are looking at ChatGPT, which has recently taken the world by storm.

ChatGPT is an AI language model created by Open AI and is designed to interact with humans through natural language processing. This blog will dive into how ChatGPT works, and some of the benefits it offers.

ChatGPT is designed to generate text that is intended to be conversational and human-like. When a user inputs a message or question to ChatGPT, the system will analyse it and generate a response, which may include essays, poems, small talk, jokes and much much more. To create these responses, ChatGPT uses a technique called ‘language modelling’, which allows the system to learn a wide range of patterns and structures within language. This enables ChatGPT to generate responses that are contextually appropriate and relevant to the user message.

ChatGPT allows for natural interactions with AI technology, which may be useful across a wide range of situations. For example, it could be used to generate personalized responses to customer inquiries or generate summaries of complicated documents. However, there are also some potentially negative aspects to consider about the system. ChatGPT is only as good as the data it is trained on and may therefore be replicating biases within the training data. It also lacks human empathy, which marks the difference between its ‘human-like’ responses, and real human responses. It is importance to be aware of the potential limitations when using AI technologies like ChatGPT, and not to rely too heavily on them.

ChatGPT is constantly improving, being continuously updated and refined based on feedback from users and new data sources. As a result, it is becoming increasingly capable of generating high-quality and accurate text that is indistinguishable from human writing. To prove this, one of these paragraphs was written by ChatGPT, can you tell which one it is?
