Miller Homes is one of the UK’s largest house builders. Every year they spend thousands on printing brochures that are wasteful and expensive. They approached us to produce a solution that would help them achieve their environmental standards on waste but still give customers information on their housing developments.

Our solution was a custom brochure building. The application connects to the RightMove database to pull in the latest properties and developments that are available and allows the customer to search for the development and property type they are interested in. From this information a custom PDF brochure is created that can either be professionally printed or emailed to the customer. Once the brochure has been created, customer information and a copy is added to Miller’s CRM software.
